Create Influence, Think BIG Competitive hourly rate Casual position, perfect for work life balance Work allocated 2 weeks in advance Hours on offer Planogram Your responsibilities as a BIG Territory Merchandiser include Building strong relationships with store and retail management Negotiating promotional space Activating planograms by ensuring our clients products are well stocked on shelves and presented Lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking of products is required Ensure administrative tasks are completed and submitted on time and accurately Reporting back to the State Operations Leader of any compliance issues and field intelligence Representing BIG and our clients in a positive and professional manner at all times Required experience and attributes Experience in a supermarket environment is a must with exceptional knowledge of technology must technology A current Australian driver™s licence and own reliable transport Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus Individuals who are well presented, articulated, motivated and reliable Your responsibilities as a BIG Planogram Merchandiser include Building and maintaining quality planograms in stores Ensure administrative tasks are completed and submitted on time and accurately Uploading quality photos using a smartphone Working autonomously and take accountability for outcomes Reporting key product insights back to BIG and Coles Ability to identify and escalate any concerns in store Adhere to Coles Relay Standards and Ways of Working Pricing and ticketing compliance Ensure all safe work practices are adhered to Required experience and attributes Planogram experience in a supermarket setting is a MUST Ability to use a smart device Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus Current drivers licence and access to reliable transport is desirable, although not essential Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded BIG, our people are the heart of our business.
