ABOUT THE ROLE INDUSTRIE is growing and we are looking for an energetic and experienced individual to join us in Queensland. Reporting to the National VM Coordinator, you will be responsible for maximising sales through managing all aspects of merchandising for the retail and wholesale business. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY ARE Oversee a region of 14 stores across Standalone, Concession and DFOs Store merchandising standards and compliance of in-store promotions, windows, decals and stock presentation Distribution and installation of posters and decals Liaising with Retail team on stock control Training and coaching of effective merchandising and standards Being hands-on in store Sourcing providers to make promotional materials Analysis and reporting ABOUT YOU You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a fashion retail environment You are looking for a role where you can add your creative flair and make a difference You like to roll your sleeves up and get in there and get it done Are self motivated, proactive and goal focused Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written Are highly organised and perform well under pressure Able to lead and motivate a team Are proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel, Word and Access Have a current clean drivers licence and be flexible to work across multiple locations WHATS ON OFFER A competitive salary package including generous employee discounts.
