As a Store Manager you will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Ability to improve performance and productivity of the store
  • A leadership style that motivates and inspires your team to be the best they can be
  • Proven ability to achieve and inspire a team to deliver sales, wages and KPI targets
  • Proven experience in a fast paced retail fashion environment
