ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a friendly, motivated person with excellent customer care and sales skills. The role is to provide genuine eye care for patients by identifying needs, offering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include customer care, sales and reception. There is on the job training and mentoring, and online training.

ABOUT YOU

A team player with an outgoing friendly personality will find this position very rewarding. 

Previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality or a similar industry where customers' needs are met through people skills, product recommendations and exceptional service.

A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great customer experiences.

Optical experience is an asset although not essential

Key responsibilities include:

• Selling golf equipment and all related products
• Merchandising of stock in a professional manner
• Liaising with suppliers regarding stock and customer orders
• Receiving, storage, and replenishing stock on the floor
